The expansion project of the Pinotti Pharmacy has transformed it into a multifunctional space, incorporating a beauty salon and a private consultation clinic, allowing it to extend its services to a large customer base distributed among several municipalities of the Val d’Arbia region. The commission entailed the unification of two adjacent units to the original grounds, resulting in a facility of approximately 300 sqm. The execution of the project involved S29 in all operational aspects, including planning, construction management and site safety coordination. The redevelopment was made more complex by the need to install a mechanized drug storage and distribution system concealed behind the store counters. Throughout the works, meticulous management of the production phases and adherence to a precise time schedule ensured continuous public access to the pharmacy.
